These terms apply to orders placed through this website with Paulista Pizza, 121 Upper Dorset Street Lower, Phibsborough, Dublin, Co. Dublin, D01 H0F9, Ireland.
Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example if an item has become unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud — in which case we will let you know and refund any payment already taken.
All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. You can pay online by card (processed securely by Stripe), by cash, or by card on collection, depending on what is offered at checkout. Online payments are authorised at the time of ordering.
We deliver within the zones shown at checkout. Delivery fees and minimum order values depend on your address and are shown before you confirm your order. Estimated delivery times are our best estimate, not a guarantee, and can be affected by weather, traffic or demand.
Orders for collection can be picked up at 121 Upper Dorset Street Lower, Phibsborough, Dublin, Co. Dublin, D01 H0F9 during the times shown at checkout.
Because your food is prepared fresh to order, once we have accepted your order we cannot offer the "cooling-off" cancellation period that applies to most online purchases — this is a standard exemption for made-to-order and perishable goods under EU consumer law. If there is a problem with your order — missing items, a quality issue, or it doesn't arrive — contact us as soon as possible at +353 83 391 0846 and we will put it right or refund you.
Our menu descriptions list the main ingredients, but our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy and other allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us directly before ordering at +353 83 391 0846.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
